The Spirit of the Breath

Through my study of Kabbalah, Chi Gong, Buddhism, the Dharmi Circle, and many other wisdoms and religions, my focus is teaching the breath. Although I have seen great miracles from studying consciousness, the ten spheres, chakras, Ancient Aramiac letters, Universes, angels and much more, I came back to one idea: we can’t live without breath.

We breathe all day whether we are conscious of it or not. If we master breath, our whole life has to change accordingly.

Around 4,000 years ago, it is recorded that all people spoke Ancient Aramiac. It was one of the first human languages. In Ancient Aramiac there is a word that is pronounced as Ruah. This word means spirit. It also means air. Air and spirit are related.

The closest element in this physical reality to spirit is air. They travel together. We breathe in spirit and breathe out spirit whether we are aware of it or not.

Personally, I like to use the word energy. We breathe in energy and breathe out energy all day long. This breath does not just give us physical life from oxygen.

Actually, in the particles of the atoms, scientists tell us there is a movement of energy. This energy we breathe in gives us life on a consciousness level to a degree that we cannot even conceptualize.

Just by breathing we automatically connect to the energy-intelligence, or consciousness, of life force energy in the Universe. We connect to the energy of all living things. When we become aware of this, we connect to our soul - the most pure and loving part of ourselves. Our soul is powerful beyond measure.

With our breath anything is possible. Use this knowledge to breathe in the breath of life today. You will feel the difference immediately.
